Massive Hiring!! CSR REQUIREMENTS: • High School graduates and College undergraduates are acceptable. • At least 18 years old. • Amenable to work in Makati, Antipolo, Quezon City, Parañaque or Pasay • CSR / TSR related experience is a plus but not required.  • Must have Good communication skill. • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide customers with product and service information. • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business; • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
