Old Rare Books

Ra'Kar heard something from someone about some old books. He started asking people about it. One person said something about a bookstore in Vivec Foreign Quarter. Ra'Kar went there and looked for the bookstore. After getting lost a few times, this Khajiit finally found it. It was Jobasha's bookstore. This one talked to Jobasha about the old books and Jobasha said that he would help Ra'Kar with this if this one brought Jobasha some items. Now Ra'Kar has to find 4 unwritten scrolls, 4 inkwells and 4 feather pens and bring them to Jobasha. Ra'Kar also met Charles the Plant in Jobasha's bookstore. Nice plant. Doesn't say much. Always listens.

Ra'Kar is having trouble finding the unwritten scrolls, inkwells and feather pens for Jobasha. This one cannot find any place that sells them. Do any of you know where Ra'Kar can find them?
