I'm pretty sure he's eating can corn for his lunch...he is like slurping it down making a crazy amount of noise, dropping food...I'm pretty sure the rest of my appetite is gone.

Tell me why I'm in the lounge at work and this random dude just ran in here out of no where passes at least 3 empty tables to sit his self at the table I'm at and then sits right next to me... There are 4 other chair at this table...really???lord he is doin too much!

So I’m still up and my first day of work starts in the a.m.

Ha! I’m full of nervous energy so I can’t sleep...dun dun duunnn

but I usually work better this way because if I try to sleep I will be tossing and turning all night long and have the worst sleep or I can work off this energy and get a few really good deep sleep filled hours.

plus tomorrow is just orientation so I go in a little bit later than normal.

I'm just starting this babysitting type of thing where I go to this family's house 4 times a week. The downside is that I have to be there between 6:15-6:30am then as soon as the youngest gets on the bus (8:30am-ish) I have to leave to pick up my sis and head straight to school. The upside though is-if I heard this correctly-I get paid $13.50 an hour. Plus I also pick up another kid their school T,TH, and Fridays and I am watching those family's dogs twice this month. No hourly rate is set for the second thing, but last time I did this with the same family I picked up the kid a few times, watched their dogs for about a week and got paid $80. Basically this is how I hope to pay for textbooks next semester.

“Squee” is now in the OED. This is pretty perfect, because I totally got that job! Aaaand apparently they want me to start on Tuesday. Update: Start date is flexible, so maybe Monday.

In IRL Update

As close followers of this space will know, I’ve been unemployed for a while. If you didn’t know that, don’t feel bad. I may have only posted about it once and feeds, streams, & dashboards can get overwhelming. Now that we’re all on the same page, on to the promised “update” portion. I had an interview today. And I thought it went really well. And then my recruiter guy called me and said that the company thought it went really well too. So if y’all could keep any spare fingers or toes crossed for me that would be super swell. Because #1: this place seems like it would be super duper great to work at, and #2: Dusto needs to get his sorry ass a job, but like fo’ reals.

today sucked! I feel like shit on a stick. Ugh the only good thing about today is that I got to see the adorable FedEx guy that comes into my job. :)

I think I have a crush Ha! I haven't had a legit crush on some one since like forever so its been awhile. Its strange because he's so not my type at all but he's freakin adorable and I want to huggle him. My sarcastic awkwardness shows like hard core when he's around. Oh well he made me smile today and that's all that matters :)
