13 in 2013 - Part 1: Paniqui, Tarlac
And I'm proud to present my first destination this 2013: Paniqui, Tarlac!
I really wanted to go in an out of town trip and luckily Joeanne had a week vacation which falls on the same date of my off - March 13-14, 2013. I learned that she wanted to go to Dasol, Pangasinan at bilang isa kong kaladkarin at adbenturera, nagprisinta akong sumama. It turned out na kaming dalawa lang ang pwede pero gora pa din!
It was originally planned to be a Dagupan - Dasol, Pangasinan getaway but since something came up, we decided to go to Paniqui, Tarlac instead to meet Michelle aka Candylips. It was a "Bahala na Trip" anyway :)

March 13 (Wednesday) - We rode a bus at 5 Star in Cubao, Quezon City going to Dagupan and just asked the driver to get us off at 7-11 in Paniqui, Tarlac. The only thing that Michelle told us as a landmark is that it's just a few minutes after we pass the famous Isdaan restaurant. The bus ride was just about 3 hours and Michelle fetched us in 7-11 and we headed to Nads or the Villa Nadine where she let us stay overnight.
She prepared a super, as in really good Kare-kare! :) Yummm!!! Her mom, Mommy Tessie, was really accommodating as well. Michelle toured us in some places in Paniqui, which i requested by the way!=) We went to Paniqui Town hall and Paniqui church. She also toured us at the "Oval" where a Perya is situated and in some of her friends' house. We also enjoyed her friends' company. Thanks to Dhen and pretty Carla! :)
One of the most unforgettable experience that we won't forget about this trip is my very first encounter with entities which our bare eyes can't see, in other words, ghost! Super scary! It made me think to just go back to Manila or go straight to Dagupan because of it! Well, we still managed to spend the night at their house in Nads and thought of going back with some friends so to pass the scary adventure. lol! :p
Overall, I enjoyed the trip and I bet Joeanne enjoooooyed it too! :D
