A dedicated owner Hass got mad skills in the kitchen from his previous experience at Roman Village. A small dining room holds ten hungry folks, he opens at noon each day working all by himself. Later has a couple helper's as the dinner crowd calling in many orders. His Shawarma Sandwich n Subs are big seller's. We ate lunch inside while there dozens of food orders went out the door. Had a great fresh made Hummus n Salad with Pita bread. He made me a very traditional Yemeni Beef n Potato Dish outstanding bursting with flavor. A special chopped Chicken with many veggies and unique marvelous Flavor OMG fantastic he's gotta give this dish a name. Truly appreciate the Love he puts in his food.
