LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Was surprised at how easy this one was comparatively. Really starting to see improvement in my stamina and recovery times.
Will be repeating the workout instead of progressing though because my wife couldn't come with me this time but I'm fairly confident I can clear the next workout with no issue after that.
THIS IS IT LADS FINAL STRETCH LET'S GO
Did 14 minutes jogging, two minutes rest, then 6 minutes jogging which went fine. Gonna attempt the whole 20 minutes next time to see how far I get, I'm hoping to at least reach 16 minutes w/o stopping.
Comfortable and clean run. I think I'm actually gonna make it this time (this is my 5th or 6th attempt over about 9 years).
