Alternative arrangement is worked upon with Sri Sidhi Vinakaya Elevators & Electricals (SSVE) for the service contract and 1 qtr payment will be made to check the effectiveness of the SSVE. The lift was repaired by SSVE and need to be serviced for effective functioning which will be done post the 1 qtr contract signing. following process will be taken. a. Copy of sale deed is required from all individual flats b. Copy of electricity bill c. NOC from the Builder for each flat (Which will be planned to get for all the members at one go.) d. The transfer will be done in a phased manner (batch wise). As per the Karnataka Apartment Owners Act a 7 member team is mandatory for the registration of the Assn and the member should be an active participant in all the meetings. We have requested volunteers for the same and Mr.M has volunteered to join. Due to shortage of attendees the decision has been postponed for next meeting for the selection of the other 2 members. The Solicitor is currently working on the bye laws and would share for us to share the wider audience’s suggestions.
