Trivia: Development for the console versions of Jungle Hunt was subcontracted to General Computer Corporation (GCC). a company which had initially been sued by Atari for copyright infringement. Instead, Atari dropped the lawsuit and struck a deal with GCC to create original arcade games, port existing games to the home machines like the 2600 and 5200, and to develop the chip design for the 7800.
