With everything going on with the lawsuit and suing . Etc . If the editing not done yet with the fined they have to pay would that affect the editing in anyway

Any lawsuits filed or pending will have NO effects upon TWD airing episodes or going into production for a ninth season.

Lawyers & legal departments handle those lawsuits which have nothing to do with the work of cast or crew.

Austin Amelio might get deposed at some future point since he was with John in that scene, but a deposition would be scheduled around his filming work.

Stunt work is dangerous and lift-threatening even under the safest of circumstances. But every day this man got up and did his job. Because he was great at it. Because it was his passion. Because it was his art. And we are all so fortunate have been witness to it.

A death in the family.

I'm so saddened by the death of John Bernecker, a stunt actor in TWD. I wish the only love and peace for his family and friends. I have to say we need to rally around Austin Amelio. He talked with him and was right there when it happened. On his Twitter he tweeted out how devastated he is for John. Please give Austin a shout out too. Some people are saying nasty things about him. For TMZ posting the sick pictures, shame on you. IMO. This is a sad time.

Unfortunately the the walking dead  recordings were interrupted by the tragic death of the dupery ( John Bernecker ) of the actor Andrew Lincoln ( rick) or Austin Amelio ( Dwight ), we are not sure wich character is, He fell over a hight of 10 m And suffered serious injuries . The dupery Jonh is now dead and the recordings for the 8 season of twd were interruped.
