Their story deserves more attention. This whole movie deserves more attention. They showed each other what their lives were missing.

In love there is hope. Hope for more. More peace. More laughs. More life.

Hope is a powerful thing but when love gives you that hope? What else could you need?

To face such adversity, such struggle and come out smiling because you learned that life is worth it if you find the right person to do it with?! Luger went from gambling with his life to being terrified to lose it. Because of Chaz. Because Chaz showed him there is something worth living for.

After news broke of Luger’s escape, Chaz lay in bed replaying their time together in the plague zone. His stomach turned sick with worry. Luger was alone, out there somewhere. Chaz couldn’t sleep knowing he was so far now, and he was even more upset that he had no idea how to find him.

That was until he heard a knock at his door late one night and he smiled. He was home.

When Chaz opened the door, there was Luger. He stood there frozen a moment before he heard “well… can I come in?”

Chaz invited him in, offered him something to drink or eat and Luger just kept looking Chaz over. He’d traveled what felt like 500 miles.

They were home.

So he knocked on a door late one night and smiled. He was home.
