my weekend couldn’t of gotten better 🥹🫶🏻 met this legend as i was catching my train out of newcastle

i love waughy so much, bless him. he noticed how nervous i was and he said “don’t worry, you’re alright” (given i asked him shakily if he was john waugh lol) and then he high fived me and held my hand calling me a legend for liking kinfolk 💪🏻

he was lovely to my mum too, like sometimes you gotta put down the greggs sausage roll and say hi to a fan (he didn’t mind though, he beamed so much when i praised his work with the 1975 i feel elated)
