Why do you think Mackenzie still has photos on her and Sam on Instagram? I mean she has fiancé, and no other ex-boyfriend except Sam is still on her site.

Mackenzie DOES have pictures of other exes besides Sam on her Instagram account.
There are two types of women:
#1. Women who, after a break up, don't delete their exes off their accounts, and like to keep their life history intact, both the good and the bad. And don't hold grudges.
And #2. Women who like to "burn that motherfucker to the ground" and delete any trace of any exes off their social media the minute they hear "its not you, it's me." And hold Corleone type grudges. *points to self* 😈
Mackenzie is clearly a #1 type of woman and has NOT deleted ANY of her exes off her Instagram. She's clearly not the grudge holding type...unlike yours truly.
Let's start with Sam. When Mackenzie and Sam dated between 2016 and 2018, she posted PLENTY of pics of her travels with him. But she only posted 2 pics that have Sam IN them. 👇

So, I'm not sure if you sent your Ask in to imply that somehow Mackenzie is still pining away for Sam because she has pics of him on her Instagram or what? Well, she isn't. She hasn't deleted her other exes either. I doubt she's pining away for them. They were all A LONG time ago.
