The man at the center of the controversy with #JohnBesh is #Chef #AlonShaya of #Shaya with is part owned by The Besh Group. He's being written as a hero and a whistleblower and it's all lies. This man was one of THEE worst humans I ever had the displeasure of working with. To say he is mean is an understatement. He threw trays at me, screamed at me daily, and created a toxic environment for some and pleasant for others. He was never a hero for women because I've never seen a man so verbally abusive to women employees. Here's what I think happened. They fired Alon because he's an entitled tyrant (allegedly) and he started the harassment campaign as retaliation. It is all completely true, but it's chef beef. Not nobility.
