I hope you had an awesome birthday, Rodney!

Thank you for the thought. It was just a day for me. We are not in a place right now where we can swap presents, and saying “But it’s my birthday!” doesn’t work when it’s her birthday also. So overall it was a push. The fun part was that it was her 40th so I can finally tease her about being old like she has been me for the past 6 years.

Hi, I have adhd and I'm struggling in my normal non-art related job. I seem to miss details often, and have moments where I think I do something/don't see something but there's certainly a mess left over (I work in housekeeping). Do you have any tips to help me stay focused, or is my in attentiveness something that medication can fix?

Medication could be helpful with this. Another option is keeping a checklist with you. Make special note of the kinds of things you tend to forget at the bottom of the list, and run that extra check before you call it done.
