NIGHT TIDE (dir. curtis harrington) !!!!!! wonderful movie. we've got dennis hopper in one of his earliest roles. we've got child abuse and alienation narratives. we've got mermaids and sailors. the ending puts it into an entirely different perspective. i love this film.
