Boys will be boys
Some guys are so driven by physicality it’s like who raised you bro? Has anyone ever demanded that you think beyond superficiality?
Like have you ever looked at a woman beyond what you see from her outer aesthetics? Some dudes kill me
Everything is about visuals for them, walking around using their brain between their legs to embark on surface type connections
I love when a guy swears he’s the man, pretends to appeal to my subconscious intelligence because he knows i’m not with the superficial rhetorics just so he can sway his way between my thighs then i hit him with the "i’m celebate", ( because i really am and i’m also not interested) bruh and watch him retreat like a defeated soldier 😂😂😑😒😒 on to his next prey of temporary euphoria
#SAYYOURNAME #IAMNOTAHASHTAG
The black perspective and culture has been sold, watered down, diluted and fed to black people and as a people our psyche and perspective of ourselves is deeply rooted in the notions of the perpetuated lies we have been told for generations. We are kings and queens divinely blessed and created with an assortment of aesthetics to nurture the growth of this earth and it’s future inhabitants.
Yet we take these perpetuated misconceptions of our history and run with it like a wild fire in a field on a windy day, tainting every impressionable mind that has been placed in our care to nurture, hence implementing the original thoughts of the laws of the bluest eyes and keeping us just afloat to barely survive an existence that was naturally made for us.
How do you think an entire people can be manipulated into believing their worth is nothing more than what the reigning few has placed in front of their eyes to make them believe. I am African first, before i am anything else. The melanin of my deep dark skin runs in correlation with my bloodline that is drench in pure royalty from the soils of my ancestors. I am not a thug, or a nigger,a trap king or queen, a bitch with a fat ass that can twerk, i am not a “thot”, a do nothing bitch, i am not a government check, public assistance recipient, i am not lazy, i a not a statistic, i am not a threat, i am not going to steal from you or rob you, i am not ugly because i don’t fit your mainstream standards of “beauty”, i am not a fetish, a subject to appropriate, i am not a trend, I am not a perpetuated misconception of whom you think i should be . Embedded in my DNA lies an extensive and wealthy history that tells me that i was blessed by the most high to embody this color. I will not stand still and let my life be deeply rooted in the ideas of a mainstream world, for though i may interact with it, i do not dwell in it. My color represents riches in which words can not articulate, it is a strength in which i can not put into words, but know this, when the going gets tough and the fire blazes, i rise from the ashes like a phoenix wearing my skin like a coat of Armor. Black culture back in the days, embodied substance. It allowed for greatness to ensue. We have focused our attentions on so many distractions and have lived our lives riding the coats of people who believed in their right to exist equally and fought for those rights. Now, the hard work of our predecessors will not suffice.
I see everyday that a very high percentage of the content on social media is dumbed down by the stereotypes of black culture. Young queen, it’s beautiful that you have a “fat ASS” and beautiful bosom but everyone does not have to see it just for a couple of hearts and pretentious comments. You are built for strength, you are the mother of this earth, your body, your thighs, your lips your skin, you are a living and breathing treasure only to be explored by the king who has proved himself worthy of your mind first, your heart second, and your body third. open your third eye beautiful. Your lack of understanding and lack of awareness of yourself is deeply rooted in the foundation of what your impressionable years were built on. You do not owe anyone anything and the less you use your physicality to measure your value the more attainable your self worth becomes. No don’t say your don’t care, this is not a feminist movement, the very structure of your mentality is embedded in the perception of what the world around you has shown you . you have seen others do it and as a human being who’s natural ability is to share, you are subconsciously regurgitating the perception of yourself in which you feel will bring you some sort of gratification. The only difference is that this is temporary.
Young King, you are the reason for everything good in this world, your strength, your vulnerability, your agility . Because you exist, young queens should be able a breathe a sigh of relief. You are not your past, you are the leader of your destiny, though your journey is hard, it is to build the strength in you that depicts your lineage. you are royalty, your queen sits by you as your comfort and your strength. Do not dehumanize her of her vulnerability, do not take her for granted, she is gentle so that she can tame the warrior in you when you are in need of subtlety, that is her power. don't see her as weak because she sacrifices for you, for there is no one who could ever be her. Respect yourself enough to not have the pain of many queens drown you like you are in a quick sand. You owe her everything as she owes you everything. Choose wisely, and when you make the decision to be with her, know there is no weakness in monogamy. There is no weakness in being upright, there is no weakness in vulnerability. she is not the mistakes of your mother. Do not ruin a flower if you are not going to take the responsibility of watering it. Until you stop victimizing yourself as the world around you victimizes you, you will never understand that not all were called to be kings. absorb the challenges in life and don’t scar your queens. in order for strength to come, you must condition yourself to change your perspective.
we look at mainstream America today and the black aesthetic is a complete joke, we are only adorned for our entertaining talents as we were back in the day. if you’re and athlete, a big booty showing vixen or a rapper, you’re held to a higher standard. why? because it furthermore perpetuate the idea that your people, will look up to you and try to emulate you further fueling the cycle of black mentality. You are pioneers, inventors, regal, you have to see yourselves in those roles. Aspire to be writers, scientist, presidents, CEO’s, Aspire for the utmost accomplishment that doesn’t have a majority of your people dominating. Black people are a huge force when it comes to the circulation of money in this country, yet we spend our money on frugal things to show off on social media and to prove to the next person that we have arrived.
Our people are dying, by our own hands as well as by the hands of an “authority” that has been nurtured in hate and backed my the law. We have to be the change we wish to see. I know this is probably hard to hear, hence the hashtag #sayyourname #Iamnotahashtag . This is probably going to get people upset with me and i respect that, however, the truth should never be tamed because of backlash. We have to take a stand but the stand we have to take is from within. The person staring at you in the mirror is the first step towards the change in which black people hope to see. Our mindset has to change, how we view ourselves and our worth has to change. My God if we could only unite, What a joy is would be, for ourselves first, our ancestors, our children and their children. The family structure is the first institution a child is exposed to. Everything he learns is deeply rooted in his impression of what he is taught through his nurturing phase. He learns to move, talk, act, perceive his worth from the family unit around him. Very seldom does his core nurturing change, and as he grows into adulthood, he’s given the power and the responsibility to pass that knowledge, no matter how chopped and screwed it to the his children. The cycle continues.
We are going to have to be the change in which we so desperately need. i know it is as “kumbaya” as it comes, but i truly believe intellectual power is greater that physical power. Stay woke.
#IAMNOTAHASHTAG is a platform i have come up with to showcase minorities and their day to day accomplishments. For we are winners and our perspectives of ourselves has to reflect that mentality. If i can inspire my brother and sister to see themselves differently, to change their views of themselves, then i have done a great service to expedite the change i wish to see in this world. it all starts with us. individually. Every little step counts.
#SAYYOURNAME is a personal challenge to be able to look at ourselves from the inside (I KNOW IT’S HARD), and self reflect, because as a human being, no one should have power over you other than yourself and until we can do that inward reflection (trust me it’s hard) we will always be a victim. Be the change you want to see my brothers and sisters. There is nothing more glorifying than knowing you are awake in your own skin and are not moved by the superficial things of this world .DON’T BELIEVE THEIR ILLUSIONS
