john as a supporting actor in his school musicals. he never gets lead roles, he’s not really good enough and he doesn’t want them that much anyway. other people would be… feferi (very good, gets lead role everytime p much)… dave (good at singing, auditions for irony, secretly wants to be in music department but they get premade cds)… casey is john’s little niece and she’d either be in middle school or like a freshman but she is very short and gets cast as the young kid… vriska (very convincing villain)… terezi  jake… cronus always auditions and then gets chorus pfft… meulin… jane…. nepeta joins in… aranea is the one who gets the long monologue roles… calliope too… and then jade and aradia as co-backstage managers, roxy and sollux as tech management, kanaya as the head of costume department, equius and dirk as the head of set creation and make a whole bunch of really cool moving set,  karkat as the cute stagecrew boy that john totally doesn’t like at all, i mean this is a good au

i totally meant aus oops but here have this thign i came up with while i freaked out about a black speck on my mirror a couple days ago i: ok so karkat somehow lands in this mirror world where everyone's personality is flipped so john is actually kind of Really Good at being a kismesis and karkat likes it for a while but then he misses john and realizes that there is a karkat doppleganger in the real world and shenanigans ensues and sloppy makeouts happen and thats all i got before i fizzled out
