Credit to @happymarcy : Sharing this in support of Anastasia and Samantha Latino. John Latino was not only an amazing father, but he was an astounding talent, a man of faith, and a proud Navy veteran on the USS Independence. John had a heart of gold. He was one of the kindest and most generous men you could ever meet. He would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. And he instilled this generosity in his daughters as well. When I suffered tremendous losses in my life the Latino family was always there to help and support me in any way they could. When I couldn’t ask for help, they generously offered their assistance. They’ve gone above and beyond for myself and many others. And now it’s their turn to be the recipients of our love and support. This is a tremendous loss for their family and it is so very difficult to ask for support when you are in the process of grieving. I don’t want them to have to worry about how they’re going to take care of the final expenses or how they’re going to get their father home to Tennessee. I want them to know just how much John meant to us all. How much they mean to us all. And how they’re not alone. Any little bit helps. If you are not in a position to donate please light a candle and say a prayer for John and his girls. May your prayers and support comfort them during this difficult time. Thank you for your time. Memorial services will be held in Tennessee. Date TBD.
