Heyyy I have a question. Im going camping to France and I wont have wifi so I wanted to ask if its common that shops/cafes/restaurant have public wifi? In Germany its not very common and I just want to know if I should get my hopes up or not?

i personally don’t use public wifi very often but many people do so it’s still pretty common where i live, though there are places where it isn’t free nor unlimited (and when it is, like in fast-food restaurants for instance, it’s not always very safe, but that’s probably the same in any other country) so i think the best you can do is to ask the café/restaurant staff, but unless you’re in the middle of nowhere there shouldn’t be any problem ;)
