Growing up, I wish more people talked to me about real estate investing in school. 🏫 Had I started sooner, then things would be a lot different 📊 . That's why when I was invited by my friend Peter Ryu to speak to the Pacific Islander Community Association about why more of our community members should own real estate, I jumped on the opportunity to do so, despite the short notice 🗣🗨 . After getting so much positive feedback from what they just learned from us, I realized, that a lot of what we know in the industry, shouldn't be kept secret or considered hidden knowledge ✍📝🧠 . When done right, real estate could be a game of compounding returns, much like E = mc². Which is why I feel so compelled to gain even more vital experience and increase my knowledge, so I would be able to share & empower more of our local community 🏡 .
