How quickly did/will they fall in love? - For Nic and John it was a lot of fighting attraction but then John tried to be Better and that won her heart over, Sharky and Nic were basically in love on sight, and John and Sharky took a few years to warm up to each other romantically even if Sharky would’ve done some X-rated stuff with John from the start if he asked, lbr.

Who proposed? - John and Nic both did when Sharky admitted he felt a little left out in the whole marriage/husband and wife title things.
Who is the best man/groomsmen/maid of honor/bridesmaids? Nobody, when it’s just the three of them, considering they have the conversation about marriage and invite Sharky into it one day when they're hanging out at Pyro’s Hollow and then Sharky’s just accepted as a Raylan from there.
Who did the most planning? - Again, none of them since it was just out of the blue and they were ‘married’ three minutes later.
Who stressed the most? - Sharky, in the moments leading up to the conversation.

How many children will they adopt? - John and Nic basically adopt any kid in need once Prosperity is built up, and Sharky’s just along for the ride and likes being the Cool Uncle.
Who gets stuck with the most diapers? - John. Nic low key considers it karma for all the damage he caused.
Who is the stricter parent? - Nic and John, mostly tied. John tries to be a well-balanced parent but he’s also terrified of crossing any lines when it comes to discipline and only lets Nic in on that particular secret so she tries to pick up the slack.
Who stops the kid(s) from doing dangerous stunts after school? - John and Nic. Sharky accidentally encourages trouble a lot.
Who remembers to pack the lunch(es)? - All of them. John and Nic keep it relatively healthy, Sharky gives them a bunch of junk all the time.
Who is the more loved parent? - Different for the kids. Cal adores John, and even if that takes a hit at the Seed reveal he still loves him more, the twins and Charlie love Nic, Lennox loves Sharky.
Who is more likely to attend the PTA meetings? I guess in the Gatthew/No Cult AUs where PTAs still exist, its Nic. John tried, but then all the PTA moms tried flirting with him and he was Not About That Life.
Who cried the most at graduation? - All three
Who is more likely to bail the child(ren) out of trouble with the law? - Nic when it comes to trouble with the law. If it’s actual danger, ie Highwaymen-shaped danger, John will literally kill for them to get them out and keep them out of danger.
Cooking:
Who does the most cooking? - Nic
Who is the most picky in their food choice? - None of them
Who does the grocery shopping? - John
How often do they bake desserts? - At least once a week, “for the kids.”
Are they more of a meat lover or a salad eater? - Meat-lovers. They all hate salads.
Who is more likely to surprise the other(s) with an anniversary dinner? - John
Who is more likely to suggest going out? - Sharky
Who is more likely to burn the house down accidentally while cooking? - Sharky. There’s a 50/50 chance of whether it was intentional or not.
Chores:
Who cleans the room? - John
Who is really against chores? - Sharky
Who cleans up after the pets? - Nic
Who is more likely to sweep everything under the rug? - Sharky
Who stresses the most when guests are coming over? - John, considering if they don’t know them that well there’s a small chance they’ll still try to kill him more than just the cleaning thing.
Who found a dollar between the couch cushions while cleaning? - Sharky
Misc:
Who takes the longer showers/baths? - Nic
Who takes the dog out for a walk? - Nic
How often do they decorate the room/house for the holidays? - Nic goes all out for every holiday, starting weeks before each one.
What are their goals for the relationship? - Good sex, good companionship, good family unit.

Pre-Hope County, Nic was mostly a disaster when it came to relationships. She had seen everything a husband shouldn’t be, and the perfect example of what a husband should be, but her mother ignored it, so the whole thing left her fairly jaded. She went through a bunch of soon-to-be-failed relationships in her teens and early twenties. Still, all the effort she poured into them made her a passionate person – in life in general as well as in her romantic life. It’s what made her match with John so well – they were both extremely passionate people about their beliefs, so they clicked immediately, whether they initially liked it or not. Then came Sharky, who was basically a done deal because he was an idiot with a heart of gold, which was as much of a win as could be as Nic was concerned. But then she couldn’t choose between them so John gave her the option not to choose, and she took it. And now here they are, happy as can be.

2. What was the first moment that they knew they were in love with their LI? With Sharky it was basically on sight with Nic, and then probably some post-hookup cuddle moment where they were making small talk and such and then Sharky was just “huh, John ain't so bad. And his pretty. And- oh no. That’s a Feelings boner.” For Nic with Sharky it was the second he hit her with the Fast and Furious speech but at the time she was so worn out it didn't register as love. For John, she fell in love when she witnessed him trying to help out the other Survivors just for the Hell of it. For John with Nic, he thought it was when he first almost lost her when he brings her into the Bunker with seconds to spare and he wasn’t sure if she was going to survive the next few moments, but really it was when he saw her having a cute, quiet moment with Cal. With Sharky, John realized he loved Sharky after they had been in a relationship for a couple of years and as cheesy as it sounds, the combination of ‘hes mellowed out and become tolerable’ to the sunlight coming in through the window hitting him nicely.
15. Does their view of themselves differ from their partner’s view? Nic is playfully arrogant but she’s mostly humble but the boys think she’s a damn goddess, John’s self-image and worth is a constant work in progress and Sharky and Nic are open and loving to him but there’s always that doubt buried deep in the recesses of their minds, so it’s not too different. Sharky thinks highly of himself and John and Nic adore him but also think he’s an idiot who’s hopeless without them, so there’s a disconnect there.
27. What makes you excited about their relationship? There’s never a dull moment and they’re all ready to throw down for each other (and something else that rhymes with throw that also pairs with down 😏) The dynamic with the three of them is always fun to work with.
29. What are your favorite moments that happen between them? I still think it’s the technical Johnnicky origin moment where Sharky chokes and lies for Nic and says that Nic’s baby is his / cements himself into their lives 5ever, even if it’s a few months to a year before anything actually goes down between all of them.
30. How does their love change as they get older? Mostly it’s the same as them developing as people. It goes from very uuuhhh passionate, on top of being very energetic and constantly being on adventures to “hey how does a weekend of doing nothing but cuddling in bed at Pyro’s Hollow and making plans for Prosperity sound? Perfect? Good, pack a bag.”
13) What do they do for fun? Do they have a favorite activity or do they like to switch things up? It’s more of a working activity thing, but Post-Collapse, they do enjoy scheming on how to rebuild certain buildings or designing gardens or other resources. In AUs/in the Bunker and post-Collapse, they also like playing pool.
29) How do they handle disasters or emergencies? Minor injuries? Sickness? Nic is absolutely the brains of the operation. John milks any small crisis/injury as much as he can because he’s that Dramatic, Sharky also milks it because he likes the attention- but he’ll also return it tenfold if one of the others is hurt or sick.
39) Who initiated the relationship? Who kissed who first? When did they realize they were in love? Nic initiated a kiss with Sharky when John was around after they were a few drinks deep during a drinking game. Love’s a little more complicated because Nic and Sharky were already more or less goners for each other before that, which had spawned the conversation with her and John about concerns and considerations about it. Sharky’s the first to say it in a romantic sense one night when he admitted he was a little insecure and not sure where he fit in with them. Nic assured him the love was mutual. John and Sharky take longer to hit that point, but they do, and John’s the first to say it when the insecurity talk happens again and they end up popping the Question to him during that conversation.

3) Are they open about their relationship? How do they feel about public displays of affection? They’re as quiet as possible with it, but considering who they all are/being three of the metaphorically loudest people in Hope County, they suck at keeping it under wraps. They figure no one will exactly get them, but hey, the Deputy already took a goddamn Seed as a husband to begin with, so the only way is up after that.
18) What are their dates like? How long do/did they date? Do they ever feel the need to take a break from each other? Most of the time the PG-13 and under ‘dates’ are just hanging around their respective living spaces doing an Activity of the Day. They absolutely do need occasional breaks from each other. Again, too many loud personalities in the same space/in the same bed is asking for trouble.
36) What’s their greatest strength as a couple? Their weakness? They bring out the best in each other. Nic grounds John and gets him to be less rash, same with Sharky except she generally gets him to use his single brain cell. John and Sharky encourage and remind Nic that she’s human and needs to slow down for her own sake every once in a while. As far as weaknesses ago: Again, when all of their personalities are together, tensions get high extremely quickly which could lead to relationship trouble.
3. What is the weirdest place they’ve had sex? As you literally just made me realize, they did the Devil’s Tango for the first time against one of the exterior walls of Landsdowne Airstrip, which yes, is probably the weirdest. And that’s unfortunate. I should change that. What weird place should they bone down? taking requests now. Yes Sign and Landsdowne are already on the list.
7. Would they be more likely to do it in the bed, on the couch, on the floor, or somewhere else? Doesn’t matter, had sex. They’ve done it on every surface they can get to unless it would lead to a weird social situation- which happens anyway. Whitehorse’s still scarred from the Supply Closet Fiasco.
15. What is the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to them during sex? Probably what I just mentioned in that last one. Addie walking in on them is one thing. She might be a stand-in mother for Nic, but they met when they were both adults. Whitehorse walking in on them when he helped raise her and he’s effectively her father and he’s still not thrilled about the relationship when it happens? Not great. Nic can’t look at him for nearly a month.
24. Would they have sex with their best friend? Would and have. A lot. Sharky’s a lucky guy, and thinks so himself uwu
