Opening for "Beat Girl", 1959. This video clip has everything- cool music from John Barry (later sampled by EVERYONE), Gillian Hills as a teenage Bardot, dancing "freely" with Oliver Reed in a Pendleton styled shirt while others are dancing more traditionally, and the general sense that British teens, born during the hell of war, were about to go wild. A nice precursor to mod culture.
