After spending most of the day moving in, Toshiro exited the University Dorms and took a deep breath once he was outside. He began walking away from the school campus and towards the more urban region of Oakville, though he wasn’t exactly sure where he was headed to.
Fortunately, the move wasn’t as oppressive as he’d initially expected. Although the fact that he didn’t have many things largely accounted for the facilitated move-in, he was still pleasantly surprised. However, the physical transition paled in comparison to the one he’d have to make mentally.
For example, his current dilemma was that he didn’t know anything about Oakland, much less Bellevue. He wasn’t sure where to go to buy groceries and food, but more importantly, he didn’t know the cafes that served the best tea.
Hesitantly, he walked up to a nearby stranger. He’d been wandering for some time now, and preferred not to waste any more aimlessly.
“Where is the nearest cafe?”
