I know not everyone, not every cis man thinks this. Its just that i have heard it too many times and i was ranting. Im glad your husband is different, and I'm sorry to generalize.

Thing is, Tumblr is always happy to jump on the hate on cis men bandwagon and I feel we need to stop and look at our own behaviour as well. 

Fat tummies on men? Too small of a penis? Too big a penis? Early hair loss? A lot of hair on their face and body?

I can guarantee you that a lot of cis women judge men and reject men based on those things as well. Things are not as black and white as we like to think. 

Feminism is equality for both sides. Men are faced with impossible expectations as well (take commercials for instance - all men are ridiculously ripped, tanned, with perfect teeth and with a considerable package in their pants). I can imagine it is just as confronting for men as it is for women to see ‘perfect’ women on TV and on billboards. 

Don’t blame the boys; blame the system because it is a 1000 ways of fucked up.
