Paralells 🖤
“The concept was, pure, simple and true... it inspired me; lit a rebellious fire, yet ultimately, i learned the lesson that Goldman Proudhon and the others learned... that true freedom requires sacrifice and pain. Most human beings only think they want freedom...in truth they yearn for the bondage of social order, rigid laws, and materialism. The only freedom man really wants is the freedom to become comfortable” #JohnTeller #Anarchy #ModernDayOutlawPhilosopher #EmmaGoldman #FAFF #FilteredAsF#%kFriday #LiVE #LoVE #NEvEREvERSuRReNDeR

Same like he did some bad shit but you can’t just ignore everything he lost and he raised his sister
yeah, he was the product of generations of inbreeding that probably fucked him up at that basic level and contributed to making him insane so it doesn't excuse his actions or make them ok in any way but it also means that he was so broken and unbalanced I don't think he really had the capability to be much better than he was
love the entirety of how complicated this character is/was

RUDEEEEE but wow i feel so bad for viserys tho he wanted to restore Targ dynasty
yeah Viserys makes me really sad, he was abused and traumatised most of his life after being told for the first 5 years that he was basically a god
like... it would be hard for most of us to live as an orphan in poverty but it's much, much harder to be born into vast wealth and power and family and have that all taken away from you with 0 coping mechanisms in place and no way to deal with it
I'm forever in awe of how he raised his sister despite having nothing, and how he taught her MULTIPLE languages as well like DAMN
omg I'm kinda fangirling right now because you started following me! I'm in love with your blog and all your DC/Smallville stuff <3
I checked out your blog a few minutes ago. I kinda fell in love with it...so it was an easy follow....lol:)

As long as it’s more like SoA pre-season 6 and not like SoA season 6 shitfest i’m okay
Yeah, definitely. Just in that it's a group of guys who function as a family and sort of do shady illegal things according to their own moral code. Werewolf mafia but more about like "brotherhood" in the sense of old school SOA.
Except the lead is a lady and the show has made new lady friendships and that sort of thing and the show itself is run by a woman and based off books written by a woman so there's definitely a lot of awesome feminist stuff goin' on.
The first episode was a little rough but the second was really great so I'd feel comfortable telling people in a genuine sense to watch it, just get past the pilot.
