I really appreciate everyone who reads my ridiculously long posts about the true love of my life, but honestly, I just really like colors, and I'm very loud about it.
However, I'm not the only one!
@aprilblossomgirl had amazing posts about the colors in Never Let Me Go
@wen-kexing-apologist could publish a best-selling novel about the colors in Moonlight Chicken
@dribs-and-drabbles had Vice Versa and Bad Buddy's colors under control and was connecting dots every week with @grapejuicegay and @laowen
@telomeke connects the colors to cultural influences
@waitmyturtles is excellent with food references, which is helpful when discussing colors in rituals and festivals
@colourme-feral although not color-connected like their name would imply, can find any location which allows me to show how the lighting in a specific show is pivotal to the plot since other shows used that space/location differently
I know I'm forgetting a lot, and they will be too humble to mention themselves, but if you are a "color person," shout yourself out.
There are so many more great minds on here that aren't associated with colors as well, and people are always helping me see details (like @slayerkitty and @chicademartinica stays connecting dots) that I miss when I get too absorbed in my thoughts. I might be on a one-person mission to make people notice the colors and background noise, but I'm not an island.
Nobody should wait for me to write about colors to enjoy them. I am not the authoritative voice on this matter and what I write is not the conclusive word. I love reading others' thoughts on what they are seeing. I love discussing with others. I like that my mutuals are telling me King is a Black Brooder and helping me try to figure out why Christmas colors are involved in A Boss & A Babe or what the hell that peach color is doing in Our Dating Sim.
