I've been prodded and poked today 😖 But I had to laugh that after I just got my bloods done and as I was walking to Xray, a consultant and a nurse who were in the corridor talking as I passed them, suddenly grabbed me- I look down and I’m bleeding everywhere from my arm as the nurse rushes me back to the phlebology clinic dripping blood…well I found that funny. I’m not at all phased by stuff like that, but I have had countless blood tests over the years with my awful health and never once has that happened 😝I had blood all down my blouse and skirt and the poor nurse that was cleaning me up and sorting it out was the one who had taken my bloods, so you can imagine it was a bit awkward lol I just laughed and joked that at least I was in a hospital so people are probably use to seeing people wandering around covered in blood and worse. My arm is quite painful now though, and I bet I'll get a nice shiner of a bruise tomorrow- ouch!

About 27 million Americans have osteo arthritis which could cause introduction to the joint cartilage which ends to inflammation and discomfort. Yet another 1.3 million live with rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, an autoimmune that produces severe discomfort. Furthermore, 300,000 children in america have juvenile joint disease. Although a lot of doctors won’t recommend using medical cannabis for youthful children, older teens and adults could treat their joint disease using the hemp stoney patch.
Role and Importance of Therapeutic Management for Knee Osteoarthrosis: Crimson Publishers
Osteoarthrosis (OA) is a degenerative, non-inflammatory, a common cause of disability in elder age and can affect multiple joints. OA is characterized by progressive loss and degeneration of articular cartilage, sclerosis of the sub-chondral bone, and formation of osteophytes [1]. These changes often lead to pain, loss of mobility and muscle function, restriction in activities of daily living, and decreased quality of life [2]. Osteoarthrosis is the most common condition affecting synovial joints. Osteoarthrosis or degenerative joint disease is the orthopaedic condition most frequently seen in clinical practice [3]. Patients with knee OA are managed in primary care, and they represent a large group seen by physical therapists. Osteoarthrosis (OA) of the knee is the most common joint disorder, with its prevalence increases with age. Current physical therapy managements for knee OA are aiming to reduce pain and improve functional performance. The effectiveness of modalities and therapeutic exercises has been reported [4]
