This is from an au where she's a detective that transferred from Italy to Japan. She was a former model and idol kicked off from her band after having her face scarred. went back into training and became a detective and transferred here. She was acquainted with the dumbass emo cop guy at some point, yeah. Now she swiftly serves justice with her stand. (It controls water and the state of water, as well as gives the user a siren's voice that can control those she can get to faun over her. It gives the user split frog tongues, sharp rows of teeth on the top, a sticky sweated substance that can help her stick, and the ability to be underwater without the need to breath. Basically just makes the user a water creature.)
In her normal au she runs a sea gang that doubles as idols for business. She has them on the side in the detective au, but uses them less.
