THE ROBIN WHO LAUGHS!
The Batman Who Laughs minions only say one word “CROW” an abbreviation of the word “CROWBAR”. This reminds me of Jason Todd (Batman’s second robin) who unfortunately died by the hands of the Joker with a crowbar. So I drew this version of him infected by the joker toxin instead of dying.
