- Once Upon A Dream -

I kept thinking how many fae are probably pretty fluid when it comes to gender (after all what good is that long, long life when you can’t explore and enjoy all the different parts of it). And how exploration of gender and identity would fit for Malleus’ character development in the long term, creating an identity for himself beyond the title and role bestowed on him as prince and future king.

So, yeah I kept thinking about transfem Malleus who wasn’t feeling uncomfortable in her body, but given the room and safety to explore different things finds that she quite enjoys fem-coded clothing and more loose attire in general.

And since Malleus’ thematic imagery is dawn and the break of day (just listen to Make A Wish), I’d like to think she’d choose the name “Aurora” for herself.
