Just some Rosegarden tea

Lemme get straight to it my rwby fam. STOP CALLING ROSEGARDEN PEDO!!!!! They are at most 2 years apart. But honestly it’s probs more like 1 1/2. Just cause Lindsay said Ruby is 17 doesn’t make it true she’s a VA not a producer show runner or writer. They show the passage of time through seasonal imagery in the show. You can count how long it’s been since season 1 when ruby was fifteen. It’s been about a year or a little over. Ruby is 16 Oscar is 14. Even if she was 17 three years isn’t a big deal. By that logic pls don’t ship Ruby with anyone because she’s two to three years YONGER than the rest of her peers. Besides ruby and Oscar are just cute and the show pushes that HARD. In cannon their relationship is full of understanding, similar hardships, emotional support and soft smiles. The fandom has cute hugs and cheak pecks. There’s nothing weird or creepy about that. The other stuff can wait till Thor much older. And let’s be quite frank, if the age gap was reversed and/or the hight gap, so that Oscar was older and taller, most of u wouldn’t have a problem. Proven by the amount of people who follow Lancaster. If anything this is a sexism issue. Y’all can’t just let a woman have the same romantic rights as a man. Not to mention, on a personal note, my mother is 1 1/2 to 2 years older than my father which is the exact Rosegarden age gap and my parents have been happily married for thirty years and successfully raised three children. Are you gonna tell me my moms pedo??? Just cause she’s 50 and my pops is 48???? They had been dating since high school. It’s the same thing. It’s more common than people think.
