I cannot stop watching Jonas Kauffman's performance in Werther. God what I would GIVE to be his Charlotte. Ugh.
Oh my god, I just about crapped my pants watching this. First of all, they show my favorite aria being sung by Pavarotti, then they demonstrate the power of the high C using Juan Diego Florez in La Fille du Regiment. I ALWAYS use that aria to show off high C's to people who don't know what they are. This is freaking tenor GOLD.
I have not sufficiently expressed my love of opera. This what real singing sounds like.
