A couple tours ago I was on Instagram publicly pleasing for help while preparing to leave with Louie on the road in an effort to effectively “save” him. I was discussing his fears and the effects they were having on him as well as our family. I was desperate, anxious, but mostly- I was so terribly sad knowing that my boy was walking around in all but crippling fear anytime he left our house. The response we received in support and aid of Louie evil on that tour was incredible and I have to thank everyone that has offered advice, love, and non reactive dog interaction on Louie’s road to recovery. One person I met on that tour proved to be a legitimate god send. Or a savior. Or a miracle. All those descriptors are accurate, but now we call this man a friend. Thanks to @jonas.black we have found the proper path to healing Louie and he has shown more progress in 72 hours than in the 2 years of collective trainers, approaches, and theories after Louie’s last attack. I cannot express how far Jonas went without writing half a novel, but some of the above and beyond moments included multiple consultations with Gin and I. Methods to reduce OUR OWN anxieties. And get this- HE FLEW FROM PUERTO RICO TO LA AND STAYED WITH US FOR 3 DAYS TO HELP US AND LOUIE. I am now so ridiculously proud to say that today I am preparing to leave on this tour and Louie is truly on the mend. To anyone looking for help, looking for real help from a no bullshit behavior modifier, who will help you work through YOUR OWN misconception about your relationship with your beloved canine as well as provide he or she with the confidence and structure necessary to lead a happy life please do yourself a favor and get in touch with Jonas.
