What if at the end of h2o when they opened up the rock they found tiny plasma cards like the ones from lightning point. And every full moon they're set to gather energy from the planetary alignments and "recharge" the moon pool. Effectively letting. Each mermaid use her powers indefinitely. That would effectively explain the "magic" and would also connect two if Jonathan shiff's shows. 😁
