We pay designers on the same scale as we pay engineers. A good junior designer will make around 80-120k with us, depending on their experience and skills. A really senior designer that I can trust completely is worth around 150k to 200k.

Random Cool: 4SquareAnd7YearsAgo Tells You Last Year's Foursquare Check-Ins

Where were you a year ago?

If you’re on Foursquare, you can find out with 4squareand7yearsago, an app that helpfully reminds you of exactly which LES dive you were laying face down in a pool of your own sick in a year ago today. All you do is sign up via Foursquare's authorization process and 4squareand7yearsago will email you each morning with last year's check-ins. I think it’s pretty cool.
