I can't fathom the fact that people who don't know the actual story and media alike are saying that Maren Sanchez "refused" to go with this boy to prom. It's utterly disgusting! She already had a date (her boyfriend), she didn't refuse! She simply told him that she was going with her boyfriend. This girl was the light of our school and it's disgusting how people are making it out to look like it was her fault, this wasn't her fault! Maren was the nicest, kindest, most loving and beautiful person inside and out at Law. This kid brutally murdered her on a degrading and public scale, because of some stupid dance. Her heart was taken by someone else so he took her out of our world. His act was absolutely grotesque and should be tried as an adult! I'll miss seeing your smile in the halls! Love you Maren!
