Are you okay?

Hmm? Yeah, I'm alright, just a little beat up and a little tired and exhausted and my sleep schedule is a mess so I'm trying to get it back to my kind of "normal" which is going to bed at around 4 or 5am and sleeping half of the day. I actually did go back to what's supposed to be a normal sleep schedule and went to bed somewhere between 10pm and 12am and got up between 6 and 8am but I just can't deal with that, at all. My body and brain just won't function if I go to bed and get up that early. I've had headaches and was feeling even less motivated than I usually am, I was super tired all day and kept passing out and it also affected my depression and anxiety in the worst kind of ways. I went to bed at 4:30am last night and got up around noon and actually felt a lot better. So all in all I'm as okay as I can be right now.
