It's so sussy that Jon couldn't find Jay in his dreams back in Absolute Power: Super Son, even in the dream where he moved to a new apartment, and then in the same dream sequence ended w the biggest jnnia moment hmm 🤔

i think it was indicative of nia's ability to influence dreams. i do think she's in love with jon, but simply isn't sane enough to admit that living in dreams together isn't actually living. we could call it sus, sure, but nia was always sneaky. she's also much more powerful than she realizes, and i believe during absolute power: super son, she exercised that power to save jon while also trying to keep him to herself. i don't think she's willfully evil, just manipulative in the way a traumatized nineteen year old is when she's fixating on a guy she's tryna snatch from someone else. i don't think she's a narcissist either. i just think she's punchdrunk in love and dumb as hell.
