It was rare for Luna and Irene to hang out outside the SM building; maybe it was the fact that f(x) and Red Velvet aren’t so close or maybe they were both busy with their comebacks, but these two never seemed to have time to hang out, even if they were good friends.
Sunday evening, when both of them had the day off, the girls decided to go for some shopping in Gangnam, since they both needed new clothes, except for the ones provided by their stylists and such. They headed to the biggest shopping center in Gangnam, and locking arms they started raiding each store, laughing and enjoying the other’s company.
It wasn’t much until the fans realized who they were and approached, asking for pictures and autographs, but there was one fan that actually drew the attention to him; it was a male, aged around 18-22 years old that stared at both for a while before humming something. Once the other fans left, he yelled at both “You’re so short”, making both girls turn their heads with an annoyed face.
It was true, they were both short but that didn’t mean they’d take a mean comment, especially from a fan.
Luna cocked a brow and quickly yelled, for everyone to hear “I’m not short, I’m fun-sized!”, making Irene burst in laughter.
“Ah, how annoying. Who’s he calling short? I’m fun-sized from head to toe and so are you.” The bridge of her nose gave a gentle scrunch, arching up. Clearly agitated, she began to march onward to the nearest store and stepped into its vivid world. “Let’s forget about that lovely and go back to shopping!”
An hour passed by ever so swiftly as the two had their hands full of all sorts of clothes. From skinny jeans to pastel coloured sweaters and vests, to dress and nightgowns, pajamas and bathrobes. The store had it all and their ‘little’ search was definitely time consuming but enjoyable nevertheless. Luna spotted something tucked in between various clothings and materials the tips of her fingers traced every so often.
“Sweetie, come over here.” Her head inclined to her left just for an inch or so as she examined the shirt she kept on turning in her hands. Indigo coloured, its cotton texture soft under her fingers with the words ‘just be yourself’ written in an italic, large font. “I think this would definitely fit you!”
