The Door, a short film directed by Andrew Steggall, based on H.G Wells’ ‘The Door In The Wall’. Mixing memory and desire, the film follows the affluent business man, Thomas Arlington (Charles Dance) as he seeks to reclaim a precious moment from his childhood. As a child, he opened an unassuming green door in West London which led to a magical garden. Now in his sixties, he longs to return. x
“My name is Thomas Arlington. I do not expect you to believe in what I have to say. When I was a boy, I discovered something wonderful.”
