A Little Reminded
You shouldn't have to be reminded that you actually don't have to tell people things. You don't have to reply online if someone is harassing you. You don't have to keep texting someone if you don't want to answer the questions that they are asking. You don't have to tell anyone where you are., what you're doing, or how you're getting by. You shouldn't have to be reminded of this but I'm reminding you anyway.
Make sure that the thing or the person or the feeling you're waiting so patiently for is worth the fucking wait.

Filling your body with good food, seeing beautiful places, and doing what you love shouldn't be as foreign of a life as it is. You shouldn't envy that I had a yummy cup of coffee or went on a hike. Get up and go do it yourself.
