I feel like everybody who has adhd has a story or 4(000) about having problems getting their adhd meds sorted on time 😩 I'm so sorry this happened <333 people really do not appreciate how important it is to take your medication consistently

I never fully understood, even as a nurse, til I had to watch my child go thru it! He takes his at night and it last in his system thru out the day.

Even one day is misery for him! He gets so upset because he can’t focus. He doesn’t like out the loud ideas in his head and not being able to quiet some of them to hear others(how he explained it).

I truly do not understand how parents can say they do not give meds on the weekend or in the Summer! My child literally can’t function on a day to day basis without his! He literally went from barely being able to finish school work to making straight A’s once we got him on the right medication(that’s the hard part too).

It’s not just my son either! I see the difference meds make on my brother. He went from straight A’s in high school to struggling his first semester of college. He got officially diagnosed and then he was back to making straight A’s and got into pharmacy school early in his sophomore year!

for anyone out there who didn't feel shit with jornay: switch that medicine, bc it didn't do anything for me either
