My Nan is out of hospital now, she still has to go back for her biopsy though, so that’s something. I have the day off tomorrow and I’m so looking forward to doing nothing, it’s unreal.

he didn’t consider your feelings, and if he still doesn’t understand why it hurt you, idk that he cares enough to try to understand. which.. isn’t right of him at all and he needs to shape up. you deserve someone who will listen to you and your pain and try to understand it and do better.

I think I’ll have to speak to him when he comes back and see if he does understand.It just bothers me that I believe most people wouldn’t have acted this way in the first place. Ultimately he’s selfish too.

you’re not “allowed” to go? if those are his feelings, and he still went and didn’t ask you if you wanted to go after you expressed your hurt, _he doesn’t love you_. not in a healthy, equal way. escape.

Well, I was allowed to go, just not with him which equates to the same really. Sure I could have gone myself I suppose but if he didn’t want me with him then it still hurts just as much. 

He’d bought the tickets before even mentioning wanting to go. He didn’t ask if I wanted to go and when I expressed interest about going and then anger when he said I wasn’t invited, he told me he’d try and sell the tickets which isn’t really the response I wanted. I wasn’t saying to him you can’t go without me, I just wanted to be considered, that’s all. 

I know he loves me, honestly I do. We’ve been together for so long. I just don’t understand his thought process sometimes.

Thank you for asking anon! I have loved answering and filling these question thingies for at least 10 years now - back when I had a xanga dedicated to them. Now that’s showing my age.

1. what colors are in your room?

I’m currently living a rented apartment and as most of the furniture is not my own, it’s all kind of a mishmash. The walls are neutral and the furniture that came with the flat is black. I’ve added colour with cushions and bedspreads and things, bought my own black/white furniture. I told people I love owls and now the whole place is covered in owl decor :)

2. who was your favorite school teacher?

I won’t name him but my form tutor from year 9 - 11. We got on pretty great, he could tell that I couldn’t stand anybody in my form and let me just do my own thing. He never forced me to interact with them more than I had to, and understood that I was much more mature than the rest of them. We also shared a similar taste in music and he burnt me some CDs. I got on with quite a few of my teachers though :)

3. what are some passions of yours?

I wanted to answer this with hobbies because i’m not really passionate about anything really. I don’t support a cause particularly. It’s something that I want to do though. I admire those who have it but I think i’m still waiting to find something to be passionate about. 

4. when you drink coffee, do you like it black or with cream and sugar?

I don’t drink coffee!

5. are you self-conscious about anything? if so, what?

Indeed. My looks mostly! I always worry about what i’m going to say and i’m always self-conscious people dislike me because i’m so quiet. 

6. do you have any tips for self-love?

Make time for yourself to do what you want. Whether that be going somewhere or sitting at home with the PC or a book. 

Another tip would to be careful of not just toxic romantic relationships, but also friendships. Sadly, I am not taking my own advice on this one at the moment, but it is killing me and do not do this to yourself. If a friend is being horrible to you, or using you, or like me, using me as a crutch and making me feel guilty about doing anything that involves not talking to him, cut them off!

7. do you have any stuffed animals? Do you name them?

Yes, I have all of them still. There are at least 50 in my room right now. I still sleep with one at night. They’re all named. I am 26 years old and quite frankly I do not give a shit if that’s not the social norm. 

8. do you like drawing or painting more?

I don’t do either but at the moment I have a lot of free time and i’m considering finding out if I can draw by doing some sort of teach yourself thing. Like a learn to draw in so many days or something? I’d post the results. What do you think?

9. how do you sleep?

On my right-hand side in fetal position as for some reason I can’t breathe on my left-side anymore. No idea why. I always end up on my back though. 

10. what are some things that always make you smile?

Asks from anons! Always the little things in life. It’s very easy to make me smile and just finding out it’s a sunny day is a guaranteed smile.

I keep telling myself times have been hard before and I've come through those, but I just seem to have been dealt more bad then good. Writing it down on here helps as I don’t have to put a brave happy face on as I do with people to stop them feeling sad and sorry for me.
