What's for dinner tonight? It's my famous taco. Now normally I use fresh diced tomatoes. However tonight I just took a shortcut and I use canned diced tomatoes. Fresh cilantro, basil, red onions, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. To make my homemade salsa and top with fresh cheese.
