There’s something unsettled that runs through Paimon for a moment. Not quite fear or horror, something just enough to halt her usual tendency to rush forth, arms open. Instead, she stands and grins at Arba, all girlish and mischievous.

“My, my~ Surely I’m not the worst person to happen across though, right? I could be Amon; he’s boring and not nearly as pretty,” she laughs, hackles raised by playful all the same. “Who me? I’m just exploring. It’s boring being cooped up all the time; sometimes a girl just has to stretch her legs.“

“If my words can’t stop you, then you leave me no choice,” Cure Swan concluded. Her stance shifted into something decidedly more hostile; her knees bent and her hands held in front of her and clenched into fists. “I’m sorry it had to come to this! Prepare yourself!”

She jumped forward and her wings activated. The gap between Swan and the woman was closed in the blink of an eye as Swan prepared to throw a punch only to reveal her feint and kick at the last possible second. Swan’s eyes held a glint of determination as she struck.

She wasn’t sure how well she’d do against this woman all alone, but she knew she had to at least hold this woman off before Cure Lovely and the others would arrive. She had to or else the people she loved would be put in danger. She wouldn’t let that happen!

     POISONOUS words, to say the least. Brows furrowed as that honeyed voice dripped such dread with every syllable, and she hated it. She would have thought herself to be jumping to conclusions far too early, but the truth was undeniable when it was right in front of her like this. Made of flesh and blood, just like everyone else, and yet the woman’s very existence screamed V I L E . On guard she would stand, if not for the certainty that this woman would notice it immediately. And oh how she would make a game of it, she was sure of it. Playing with one’s emotions entertained people like her.

   “I’m not the biggest fan of consequences, especially not when demands are UNREASONABLE. That being said, surely you’ve got the opposite? Reasonable demands instead. So, please. Go ahead. Allow me to hear them.”

   Permit this humble woman of long travels to hear what plans lay within the woman’s mind. Who knows? Perhaps it could all be one giant misunderstanding born of immense paranoia on Sora’s part. Perhaps she could be convinced it was all for the GREATER GOOD.

(( One of my rp pet peeves is when a mun of a muse really, REALLY wants your muse to have a certain perception of their muse and it gives off a distinct vibe in their writing. Like they’re trying oh so hard to impress your muse because they’re just so much of a badass and they’re so super special. Dude, let Tsubasa form her own opinion of your muse, thanks!

As for a trend I’m so over… it’s certainly purple prose. You know it when you see it. My partners aren’t that bad with it, so don’t worry! But I prefer writing that gets straight to the point and doesn’t stall over a character drinking milk.

This may have been a common thing by the time 2014 rolled around, but I’ve noticed formatting is a common thing? I don’t have a problem with it unless it has trouble showing up on mobile, however.))
