1) The message of the design is that the coverage of the WiFi is wide. By using the pictures of a city/forest, house/workplace, and undersea/airplane demonstrate that the WiFi can reach those places. The circles represent the connection/coverage and the motion of growing. The transparent text is to tell the viewers what the specific message is from each picture and to make sure the picture doesn't create any misleading ideas. The white logo goes at the bottom with the white text so that it can stand out from the design, which help to quickly familiarize the design with the brand and WiFi.
2,3,5) The first thing that the viewer are gonna focus on is the center of the circles or it could also be the white logo with the white text. Circles will draw the viewers back and for to the center since it has an optical illusion of the circle growing or shrinking, then they will notice the transparent text and try to figure out what it says. The white text & logo is to break the viewers from the repetitive motion of "back and for".
6) This can be an advertisement from an InHouse design company, which could be placed in Editorial Ads (Magazine, Newspaper,etc.), Bus/Train station Ads. If made with Animation it might also be Television Ads and Internet Ads.
