Obviously, Sophie is the reason why Joesph had the seizure, but I'm curious as to whether sge was trying to hurt him or not because I could see it going either way
I honestly don't think she was actually trying to hurt him based on that scene, not in a heartless, malicious way. I think she was genuinely just overwhelmed by his crying and lashed out to try and get him to stop. I'm not totally sure what causes seizures in babies, so I'm not sure if she maybe shook him or if she tried to give him something to make him sleep seeing as how she's ill and has been taking medicine, so she might think it would help him too. But who knows with those genes lol.
