Josh meeting ex-students of him after the end of the game. I imagine he might have had a good relationship with some of them, so seeing them after many years would make him So Emotional.

He would feel so proud for literally anything, because he ran away right after becoming a deviant, so that'd be when he truly realizes how deeply passionate he was about teaching.

Also!! Josh getting all teary-eyed when he learns that a couple he met during his first year alive as a teacher not only had stayed together for all those years, but also eventually got married as well.
