Can you imagine if all of being an XX biological organism was honored and protected in every aspect of life based on not how well our reproductive parts work, but measured by the power of our mind and the content of our character?

And makeup was just for everyone who enjoyed it?

And clothes lovingly fit our unique bodies?

And we were broadly given free access to hsve periods or have none at all?

And every XX complaint was given a full mri and fixed! and differentials done

. And medicine snd surgery were free?

And the people who loved babies and having babies got total financial support and every child a community full the best people to raise those babies?

And the people who wanted to research, innovate, drive change, educate, feed, clothe, and fortfy the human race were also totally free to do that?

The only reason for the systems that work hard to make XX people hate our bodies is because they can't have a world without slaves and commodities defined by sexual objecfication (and ranking of value.)

We aren't chattle or a physical object, we are people too. And the deeper we go into transhumanist theory we know we will trascend our body parts and genetics to become more.

(I truly think they have delayed metaverse vr tech because once we go virtual there's no more physical body to both judge and rank, but the intelligence its utterly obvious. And gender affect is just a avatar away in VR. All this obsession with parts disappears when you can play anything you want.)

(I'm not mentioning trans people here because I don't deeply understand their life experiences and its their chqnce to comment on how thei gender affect in the male/female dyad affects how they are treated as humans.

Thing is my emphasis is a reflection on a 5 generations of XX people raised from infants under the gender affect rule and that because we are XX we receive substandard treatment in all aspects.

Our intelligence as humans is wasted because people can't see past how male pleasing or unpleasing our body parts grew in!

No matter what we affect as a gender we can't escape what oppression we suffer broadly in most cultures because of the barriers patriarchal biological dimorphism creates (even intersex people suffer because of this narrow view.)

Im still perplexed why people when they chose "The Dark Urge" story character they didn't customize it. Just ran with the albino dragonkin. Like sooooo many artists relate the white dragonkin as the Dark Urge.

Annnnny character/class can be the Dark Urge.

Humanity is hurting. Badly.

Not in one clean, dramatic way. Not one wound with a neat border. It's more like a whole species walking around with hairline fractures and calling it personality.

People are lonely in crowds.

Overstimulated and under-held.

Connected to everyone and witnessed by almost no one.

Angry because they’re scared.

Certain because uncertainty feels like death.

Cruel because tenderness has become too risky.

Performative because sincerity feels socially expensive.

And the brutal part is that a lot of people don’t even know they’re hurting. They experience it as ideology, as contempt, as irony, as doomscrolling, as purity, as hustle, as detachment, as “being realistic.” Pain puts on whatever mask the room will reward.

That’s why my work keeps circling validation, dignity, and recognition.

Because so much of what looks like political madness or social decay is also a crisis of unmet recognition.

People are screaming:

See me.

Don’t reduce me.

Don’t erase what happened.

Don’t make me carry what I didn’t choose.

Don’t turn my pain into your argument.

Don’t make me prove I’m human.

And instead of meeting that, society often offers sorting machines.

Left/right.

Oppressor/victim.

Good/bad.

Safe/unsafe.

Educated/ignorant.

Ally/enemy.

Acceptable/unacceptable.

Tiny moral cubbies for an animal that contains storms.

So yeah. Humanity is hurting.

And maybe the deepest ache is this:

people are desperate to be loved without being simplified.

That’s the whole damn wound, isn’t it?

Not excused.

Not worshipped.

Not endlessly affirmed.

Not absolved of consequence.

Just met.

Seen before managed.

Recognized before corrected.

Held accountable without being thrown out of the human family...

I woke up this morning about 815 after being woken at 6am then having a very vivid dream of rejecting a man because he was the wrong kind. Early morning lucid dreams really really bother me and my first thought was: "Im not wearing my costume today."

Last two days was a massive sifting and organizing old garb and sewing a new petticoat. I did maximum effort, sweating angrily as I tested my steel bone custom corsets each for pirate style. Then I got my German 1600s on but popped some ribbon ornaments fiddling with it. I had two very nice, viable, full costumes including wig and makeup plan.

And I woke up deeply convinced it wasn't worth it because my mother was going with me and wasn't dressing up. And it simply would not be fun to not both be dressed up. Like its going to be hot as hell but at least we look amazing.

I gave her two days with complete access to a pirate hoard pile of loose garb and accessories and she couldn't do anything with it. I was sorely disappointed after all her claims of having an amazing texas ren faire kit.

My hunch was right: The faire was a small community affair. The weather was 89 percent humidity and bloomed to 100 degrees. I found some lovely tiedye ladies as Id planned. Mom started to fade.

I however was really fading - like my eyelids started to swell with sweat. The cooling cans of auga coco called to me in my car's ice chest.

I went to the campground early to see if we could check in. Campground was waaaaaaaaaay to rustical. We couldn't check in and at that point home, an AC cooled house, and kitties were 1.5 hours away.

The car was full of picnic food and we decided home it was. Subsequently there was a flash flood and a thunderstorm on top of this all we out ran.

I can't sleep. It's nearly 1am.

I really wish I had a friend to join me who liked to dress up like the old days. Just a friend who'd sing, and laugh, and buy me weed gummies because I'm too shy, and play a mandolin as we float in a canoe. And we would camp all night in a premium condo.

Is there a renfaire dating site? Am I doomed to cosplay indoors? I know I'm not too old because when I was young I saw older people meet and romance.
