Pep Rally Inc is inspired by the progression of industry, events, and recreation throughout the city. The mural depicts orange blossoms, flowing water, and a classic geometric pattern that we feel represents the potential of Tampa. We are proud to have yet another opportunity to beautify the city we call home.
